Our 2014 HGTV “Beachfront Bargain Hunt” Debut…stay tuned for more to come in early 2015

Kim Lucas, USVI Sotheby’s International Realty, featured on HGTV’s “Beachfront Bargain Hunt”

Kim Lucas was recently featured on the Home and Garden Television (HGTV) Network program “Beachfront Bargain Hunt” which initially aired on June 29, 2014, with subsequent re-runs throughout the season. The program highlights couples who are searching for a waterfront or water view home to purchase for around $350,000.

In this episode, a young, hardworking couple (Lee and Lana) intended to move to the Caribbean to slow down a bit and enjoy their lives. They wanted to be on or near the beach, and preferred a single family home to a condominium. They had vacationed in St Croix and knew this was the place they wanted to live.   Kim showed them several properties and they purchased a home with a really nice view and in close proximity to several nice beaches. This has been wonderful exposure for St Croix!
